FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS

Less chasing.
More clarity.

Start with a property walkthrough and a written service plan. Scheduled household-trash collection includes Slate-owned, supplied and serviced branded bins, with free broken-bin replacement, no questions asked. Pricing, collection windows, reporting arrangements and separately quoted extras are agreed for your community before service begins.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO A WRITTEN PLAN

Start with the details that affect the work.

01

A useful first conversation

Tell us the community's location, approximate size, current arrangement, and the problems you want to solve. An estimate is fine if you do not have every detail yet.

02

A property walkthrough

Review buildings, stairs, collection points, disposal access, parking, and other conditions that shape the route. We'll also discuss any separately scoped cleanup needs.

03

A written proposal

Define the proposed service, schedule, preparation requirements, exclusions, price, and responsibilities. Additional services receive their own scope and approval.

04

An organized onboarding

Before an agreed start, confirm the management contacts, access arrangements, resident instructions, and the approved way to report service questions.

You do not need a perfect spreadsheet to begin.

The most useful starting point is a clear picture of the property and the work. Bring what you know; we can use the walkthrough to identify what still needs to be confirmed.

  • The community's location and approximate unit count.
  • Building layout and access to the authorized onsite disposal area.
  • Your current collection or disposal arrangement.
  • Recurring trouble spots, bulk-item needs, or planned cleanouts.
  • The person who can approve the service scope and next steps.

SERVICE FOLLOW-THROUGH

A report should lead somewhere.

Our intended support process is straightforward: understand the report, assess the action, review the record, and share a factual update. The goal is to make the next step visible without treating every issue as completed before it has been checked.

01

Report

Record the relevant location, concern, and available details.

02

Team action

Assess the issue and carry out work that falls within the approved scope.

03

Operator review

Review what was recorded and decide whether follow-up or management approval is needed.

04

Factual update

State what was found, what was done, and what remains open.

SEPARATE SERVICE PORTAL

The public website explains the service. The portal will support it.

Service portal being prepared · Online access is not yet available.

Portal Access explains the current status of the separate service application. It remains in testing and is not a live customer or resident support channel. Community access and reporting instructions will be provided before service begins. Prospective managers can use the walkthrough form or contact@slatevalettrash.com; no WordPress account is needed to browse the website.

Let's walk it. Then put it in writing.

A walkthrough request begins a conversation. It does not reserve a collection schedule or commit your property to a service agreement.
