PRIVACY
This notice explains how Slate Valet Trash handles information submitted through this WordPress marketing website, including property-manager walkthrough requests. The walkthrough form is intended for prospective property-service inquiries. It does not schedule service or accept private resident reports.
Slate Valet Trash operates this website at slatevalettrash.com, hosted through Hostinger. The separate operational portal remains a test environment and is not a public resident-support channel. For questions about this website and your information, contact contact@slatevalettrash.com. No public phone number or physical office address has been confirmed.
This notice is intended for the public marketing website. The operational portal is a separate application. Its account, service-record, and reporting practices need their own accurate privacy information.
The public website does not provide resident accounts or a place to post apartment complaints. Residents should use the support channel their property management team supplies.
The walkthrough form asks for a name, email address, community or property name, and location. A phone number, management company, approximate unit count, services of interest, and brief message are optional.
Do not include resident lists, passwords, payment information, sensitive attachments, or private resident reports. This form is intended to help assess a property service inquiry.
When inquiries are enabled, the details are used to review the property request, assess service availability, communicate about a walkthrough, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of the inquiry.
Submitting a request does not automatically schedule an appointment or establish a service agreement. The form does not include a marketing-newsletter signup.
Accepted walkthrough inquiries are saved in a dedicated table in this Hostinger-hosted WordPress website’s database. Each record contains the details entered in the form, its recording time, notification status and technical identifiers that help prevent duplicates. Inquiry records are not public posts or pages.
Reviewing these records through WordPress is restricted to authorized administrators. People with authorized hosting, database or backup access may also be able to access them when necessary to operate the site.
When notifications are enabled, the system attempts to email contact@slatevalettrash.com with a link to the private WordPress administrator record, rather than including the submitted details in the message. Notifications may also be forwarded to an owner-controlled inbox for monitoring. A saved inquiry does not guarantee email delivery; receipt depends on the mail system and mailbox.
The current site does not automatically erase inquiries after a set period. Records remain until manually removed, and hosting backups may have separate retention. Contact us if you want to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information. We will assess requests taking into account any applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements; a fixed deletion timetable is not promised.
The form checks required fields and uses a hidden spam field, signed request tokens, WordPress security nonces, and rate limits. For rate limiting, it derives keyed hashes from the connection IP address and a time window. Raw IP addresses are not included in the saved inquiry records.
The form sends the submitted text to this WordPress installation. Its code does not place inquiry details in page addresses or browser storage, and it does not accept file attachments. The server also uses a request identifier to recognize a retry of the same saved request.
The supplied Slate Public theme and Slate Site Tools plugin do not include analytics or advertising trackers and do not load external font or icon services. This does not establish the behavior of the final hosting service, WordPress installation, or other plugins. The owner must review their actual cookies, security logs, analytics, and other processing before launch.
Portal Access links to the separate application only after its address and availability are configured as verified. The portal has its own account and data-handling requirements, which must be explained in its own privacy information.
The supplied website code does not share WordPress login sessions with the portal or pass personal details, passwords, or authentication tokens in portal links. Visitors should review the portal's privacy information when access becomes available.
For questions about information you submit through the Slate website, or to request access, correction or deletion, email contact@slatevalettrash.com. Please include enough information to identify your inquiry but do not send resident lists, financial information, passwords or private service reports.
This notice concerns the marketing website, not records in the separate test operations portal.
