ABOUT SLATE
Slate Valet Trash is an apartment-services sister brand from the team behind The JunkFather. We're preparing a focused service for Greater Knoxville communities: scheduled household trash collection, with separately approved help for the larger work.
From the team behind The JunkFather.
A collection route, an abandoned sofa, and an apartment cleanout are different jobs. Slate brings those conversations together while keeping the scope of each service clear.
The core service is scheduled collection from approved locations to a property's authorized onsite dumpster or compactor. Bulk-item removal, dumpster-area cleanup, and authorized cleanouts are separately scoped services through the team behind The JunkFather.
The aim is practical: help management understand what is included, how to request additional work, and what happens when something needs attention.
Look at the layout, access, and disposal arrangements before proposing a route.
Make the service, price, exclusions, and responsibilities clear before work begins.
Define additional pickups and cleanouts so nobody has to guess what is included.
Proposed service covers Greater Knoxville and nearby communities, subject to route availability and a property assessment. Start with a walkthrough request when inquiries open.
